Jessica Vodilka is the Associate Director of Education Programs at the GW Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIE), where she leads the strategic development and execution of student-focused programming, workshops, and venture development initiatives. She manages OIE’s educational offerings ensuring students gain practical, actionable pathways from idea to impact.

Jessica has 8+ years of experience in innovation, program design, marketing and business development. Prior to her role at GW, Jessica led national campaigns and partnerships through KBF Marketing, a multicultural marketing agency, and later founded Vodilka & Associates, a strategic consultancy focused on building inclusive startup ecosystems. As a former entrepreneur, consultant, and GW alumna, she brings a hands-on approach to empowering early-stage ventures and growing experiential entrepreneurship at the university level.

Jessica is a double alumna of the George Washington University, holding a BBA in Finance and Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Strategic Management and Business Analytics. A first-generation Slovak-American, Jessica is passionate about democratizing access to entrepreneurship and designing inclusive, human-centered learning experiences that prepare students to build scalable, mission-driven ventures.
