This workshop helps you figure out how to take your idea to market, step-by-step. We’ll break down what a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy actually is and why it matters.
You’ll learn how to define your target customer, choose the best channels to reach them (social media, partnerships, email, etc.), and outline how you’ll grow over time. You’ll also create a simple product roadmap to plan how your product or service will evolve—starting from your MVP (minimum viable product) to launch and beyond.
