Introduction to Lean Innovation - September 2025

The Introduction to Lean Innovation (ILI) webinar is geared toward early-stage innovators or individuals with only some prior knowledge of entrepreneurship. GW provides an overview of the customer discovery process, as well as the basics of commercialization.

Dr. Talmesha Richards is a scientist, innovation strategist, and Innovation-Corps (I-Corps) instructor who has guided more than 500 entrepreneurial teams through the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program. She brings deep expertise in Lean Startup methodology, customer discovery, and building inclusive innovation ecosystems that help founders translate ideas into real-world impact.
