Hazel Lee is a Program Associate at the George Washington University Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIE), where she supports the design, operations, and delivery of entrepreneurship and innovation programs across student, mentor, and international partner communities. Her work focuses on program coordination, stakeholder communications, venture support infrastructure, and creating systems that help educational initiatives scale effectively.

Prior to joining OIE full-time, Hazel worked within the office as a student employee for two years, supporting operations management, program logistics, and event execution across initiatives, including entrepreneurship education programs, international collaborations, mentorship engagement, and venture competitions. Through this experience, she developed a strong interest in building processes that improve participant experience and connect ideas to implementation.

Hazel brings a multidisciplinary background at the intersection of international business, information systems, and entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business with a concentration in Information Systems and Technology Management from George Washington University in 2026, where she was recognized as a Presidential Scholar, a three-time Dean’s List recipient, and the 2026 Student Employee of the Year for Critical Thinking.

Born in South Korea and raised between cultures, Hazel is passionate about creating connections across industries, institutions, and global communities. She is particularly interested in expanding access to entrepreneurship, strengthening international innovation ecosystems, and designing programs that help people turn ideas into action.
