With over 8 years of experience in program management and strategic event planning, Celete has honed her skills in building dynamic communities and driving educational initiatives forward.
She pursued her undergraduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science and International Relations & Politics. Her journey continued at Newcastle University in England, where she obtained a Master of Arts in International Development & Education. Before joining OIE, Celete spent several years in the EdTech space, bridging educational gaps in under-resourced communities and developing community strategies for tech apprentices.
