Ryan Salandy is the Web Developer for GW’s Office of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He manages the the design and development of OIE’s and NVC’s website utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions.

Driven by Lean UX and Agile Mythologies, he takes pride in providing the best user experience possible. As a Web Developer, his goals include focusing on closer team collaboration and solving problems through hypotheses and experimentation to build applications people want to use.
