Jeff Cummings

Jeff has been involved in enterprise software sales and sales management for more than 20 years in companies ranging from start-ups to major corporations such as IBM and SAP. Jeff’s experience includes starting and growing software sales to government entities and across multiple commercial industries both domestically and internationally.  Most recently, Jeff retired from SuccessFactors, a cloud-based subsidiary of SAP, where he was focused on selling cloud software to Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff acts as a mentor for various entrepreneurship programs in the Mid-Atlantic region including George Washington University, Rise Resilience Innovations, and 30x Partners. Jeff also plays an advisory role for companies in which he has invested.

In prior start-up roles, Jeff has helped to develop business plans and penetrate new markets for both commercial and government customers in start-ups such as FormMaker Software, EzGov, and GeoIQ. Each of the start-ups in which Jeff has been involved has been acquired by 

larger entities. Jeff enjoys coaching, supporting and investing in start-up companies where he can offer his sales and business development experience with the goal of fueling revenue growth.

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland. Jeff also holds a Master of Science of Finance from Loyola University in Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
